Empagio Acquired by Management Team Led by Seth Bernstein

Orlando, Florida – May 29, 2007 - A management team led by Seth Bernstein of Orlando, Florida today announced the acquisition of Empagio Corporation, a global software and services company. Mr. Bernstein, CEO and majority owner has put together an industry experienced Management Team, as well as a Board of Directors that includes some of the most successful and well know business leaders in America.

Empagio is a company that has been built on three strategic acquisitions. Tesseract, a powerful Payroll and Human Resources system is the centerpiece of the Empagio product suite. Empagio’s clients currently include many Fortune 100 Companies. The company produces over 3.2 million paychecks per week, and is headquartered in San Francisco with offices nationwide.

Mr. Bernstein announced today that Bob Purcifull and Uri Sherizly have joined this new venture with a proven track record of delivering state of the art solutions with a superior customer service experience. 25 year veteran, Bob Purcifull joins Empagio as President, with responsibilities including Operations and Sales. Mr. Purcifull, most recently spent nearly 5 years at Ceridian as Vice President of Sales. Prior to Ceridian, Mr. Purcifull was General Manager of Zurich Payroll Solutions and Vice President and co-owner of Dataccount. Uri Sherizly, also a 25 year industry veteran has led the technology teams at ADP, Zurich Payroll Solutions and Dataccount (also a co-owner). Mr. Sherizly has been an industry leader in developing and streamlining the automation of many of the Human Resources and Payroll functions.
