Seth Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bernstein started his career at ADP where he was a top sales producer and was awarded the Crystal Award for two consecutive years and went on to become a Sales Manager. Bernstein went on to Zurich Payroll Solutions in 1997, which grew substantially before being sold to ADP & Advantage Payroll. In 2003, Mr. Bernstein became the CEO and a co-owner of Stromberg, where he led the Company with 1,700 % growth in annual revenues to be the second largest Time and Attendance Software Company in the United States.
He is a member of the New York Times “Top 40 under 40”, Central Florida’s “40 most influential men” UCF Foundation, Camp Boggy Creek, Adventist Hospitals (Florida Hospital) Executive Board and The Circle of Life Foundation.
Mr. Bernstein currently resides in Alaqua Lakes, Florida with Marie, his wife, and Reagan, his daughter. Marie, a former professional tennis player from Sweden, is a member of Seminole Community College Board, Florida Children’s Hospital Board, Kids House Board and the Circle of Life Foundation.
Robert O. Purcifull Jr. (Bob), President
Bob Purcifull has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources and Payroll Industry. Bob spent 17 years at Datacccount and was Vice President of Sales & Marketing. After Dataccount was sold in 1998 to Zurich Payroll Solutions, Bob was the General Manager of ZPS before the company was sold to ADP. Before joining Empagio, Bob spent nearly 5 years with Ceridian as Vice President of Sales.
Bob has a BA degree from UCLA in Business-Economics.
Andres Martin, Chief Operations Officer
Andy is a proven general manager with over 17-years of experience delivering profits across diverse business cultures and industries including Business Process Outsourcing. He boasts expertise in operations, strategy development, and driving market penetration in both start-up and large, established organizations that include Kraft Foods, Price Waterhouse and the US Army. Prior to joining Empagio Andy served as COO at Advance Publishers and later EVP of Utopia – an innovative data outsourcing firm with offshore operations in India.
Andy is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and also holds a MBA from Northwestern University.
Uri Sherizly, Chief Information Officer
Uri is the company's Chief Information Officer with more than 25 years experience in designing and operating complex Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Tax information systems.
Uri holds B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, MBA from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, CA and M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from Claremont University, Claremont, CA.
Michael S. Cooper, Chief Financial Officer
Michael is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and has over 15 years of experience in Financial and Operational leadership with the last four years focused exclusively on building CRM, Business Processes and IT Outsourcing Solutions as a senior financial officer. As a financial executive, Michael has led several high-growth, client centric companies including Connextions, Inc., Rotech Healthcare, and PSS World Medical, Inc.. Prior to Joining PSS, Michael was employed with Ernst & Young LLP.
Michael holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and is a CPA.
Amir Ghobrial, Senior Vice President of Development
Amir has 20 years of experience in enterprise-level software development on various platforms including: Windows NT and 2000 Professional and Server, Novell Server, WANG, and the IBM Mainframe. He is an accomplished hands-on software development director specializing in object-oriented design and analysis with extensive experience in the full life cycle of the software design process including requirements definition, prototyping, proof of concept, design, interface implementation, testing, and maintenance. As a chief software architect, Amir has designed complex Human Resources and Payroll systems for Zurich Payroll Solutions, Business-to-Business applications for Protocol Marketing Solutions and Mortgage Management System for Countrywide Home Loan Services. Amir holds B.S degree in Agriculture.
